OYOINSIGHT.COM had learnt that instead of the party’s offices across the state, hotels, stadia, halls, council secretariats had been fixed as venues.

This newspaper understands that the development cannot be unconnected with the division in the party, along the lines of Seyi Makinde, governor of Oyo State and the aggrieved members.

Agboke, who spoke further, added that INEC officials will not go to any of the designated hotels as venues, adding that the commission’s headquarters approved only PDP offices in every local government areas for the congress.

In a related development, the party is about changing its initial congress venues released by its secretary, Wasiu Adekeke to new venues as a result of Agboke’s stance.
