An engineer and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Oyo State, Engr. Idris Adeoye, has mourned the death of the mother of Sen. AbdulFatai Buhari.
The mother of the three-term senator had breathed her last in the earliest part of Tuesday.
In a personally signed statement, Adeoye sympathized with the three-term senator, urging him to take solace in the fact that the old man died during Ramadan and at a ripe age.
”I mourn with our very distinguished senator AbdulFatai Buhari on the passing of his dear mother. As Muslims, we take believe that before birth, our death day has been fixed. So we believe in death. And the mere fact that the woman died at old age and during Ramadan tells a lot.
“While we mourn with you and your family, we pray Allah repose the soul of the deceased and give you the fortitude to bear the loss,” he said.
