“7.7billion Surveillance Aircraft Moving Like Crab…” — Nigerians Slam Makinde
Netizens of Oyo State have slammed the Governor Seyi Makinde led administration over the quality and timing of the delivery of the surveillance aircraft ordered by the state government.
OYOINSIGHT.COM understands that the surveillance aircraft arrived the state on Tuesday after a long waiting period spanning months.
However, in a series of comments made in reaction to a post by Tribune Online reporting the delivery of the aircrafts, residents of the state jabbed the Governor and his administration.
In a comment, one Israel Adebayo, noted that “drone is better than this joinjoin aircraft” ordered by the governor. Another Facebook user, Sulaimon Yemi noted that the aircraft looks like “okrika”, a term often used to depict substandard or second hand products.
“Can you imagine.. 7.7billion aircraft surveillance moving like Crab.. Sophisticated and well equipped drone is far far better than this.. EFCC is watching
.. They have already seen exhibit Number 1,” another dissatisfied netizen, Marcome Olanrewaju wrote.
A comment from Ade Bam who asked rhetorically, ‘is this a joke?’ summed up the overall respond that the aircraft delivery generated from netizens.
