Oloye Adenrele Lekan-Salami, the Ajia Balogun Olubadan of Ibadan, has congratulated Joseph Tegbe on his nomination as the country’s new Minister for power.
Recall that following the resignation of former CBN Deputy Governor, Bayo Adelabu, President Bola Tinubu nominated Tegbe to become the country’s new Power Minister.
In a statement made available to journalists in Ibadan on Friday, Adenrele describes Tegbe’s nomination as a well-deserved one.
“It gives me great joy to congratulate my kinsman and close associate, Mogaji Tegbe on his nomination as Nigeria’s new Minister of Power by President Tinubu.
“Across various industries in a career spanning the past 35 years, Tegbe has distinguished himself as an exceptional professional capable of getting the job done. I can’t think of anyone better positioned to move the country’s power sector forward.
“We are very proud of him and very grateful to President Tinubu. We have no doubt that he’ll excel beyond the expectations of Mr. President,” the statement read.
