A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress in Oyo State, Hon. Adedapo Lam-Adesina has congratulated the party’s 2023 gubernatorial candidate, Teslim Folain on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.
Folarin, a former leader of the Senate and three-term member of the red house, clocked a new age last week.
In a statement made available to journalists in Ibadan, Lam-Adesina, a former member of the House of Representatives for Ibadan South East/North East federal constituency, described Folarin as a worthy leader.
“To talk about Oloye Folarin is to talk about a man who puts the interests of every other person first. I have personally experienced this on multiple occasions.
“He is one of the very few politicians in Nigeria who is involved in politics purely to represent and protect the interest of the masses. Anyone who has followed his political trajectory can testify to this,”Lam-Adesina said.
He noted that Folarin, who is also an Ibadan chief, is a true ambassador of the warrior and excellence spirit that makes an Ibadan indigene.
“I pray that the Almighty grants him many more years on earth,” he added.
