Restricted movement is expected in key areas in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital on Saturday as the bye-election for the Ibadan North federal constituency takes places, OYOINSIGHT.COM can report.
Recall that the Ibadan North federal constituency seat became when its past occupant, Musliu Akinremi, died last year.
“There will be restrictions on movement from 12:00 midnight prior to this coming election,” OYOINSIGHT.COM gathered.
