Jumoke Akinjide Mourns Death Of Ibarapa PDP Stalwart, Pa Adegbemi

    Former Minister of State for FCT, Oloye Jumoke Akinjide has described the death of one of the leaders of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, in Ibarapaland, Pa Patrick Aderoju Adegbemi as a great loss to the Party and the State at large.

    Oloye Jumoke Akinjide in a condolence message issued in Ibadan said the Igangan born political leader, Pa Patrick Aderoju Adegbemi, was a faithful patriot whose political ideology was community and people driven.

    She added that the PDP leader will be sorely missed across the State.

    “It is unfortunate that we lost another beloved leader in Oyo State, Pa Patrick Aderoju Adegbemi. Baba was a gentleman and a wise leader who was universally loved. He was a bridge builder in the community whose great influence and impact will be missed.

    “Baba made our Party, the PDP, strong in Oyo State. He was a Party loyalist, and a principled person whose core political value was integrity.

    On a purely personal level, Chief Patrick Adegbemi was a source of strength and encouragement to me in difficult times with his constant words of encouragement and prayers.” Oloye Jumoke Akinjide said.

    While condoling with the family of the deceased and the entire people of Igangan and Ibarapaland, the former Minister of State for FCT prayed for God to grant Pa Patrick Adegbemi eternal rest through Christ Our Lord and bless the family he left behind.
