Fatai Buhari Facilitates 2-day NDE Training For 400 Okeogun, Ogbomoso Residents

    An Aspirant to the Governorship seat in the 2023 general elections in Oyo State and Senator currently representing Oyo North Senatorial District, Dr. Buhari Abdulfatai has facilitated a two days training aimed at empowering over 400 beneficiaries across local governments in the district.

    The trainings as contained in a press release issued from the office of Senator Buhari and made available to journalists in the early hours of today will take place for the two days in three different locations across Oyo North by National Directorate of Employment (NDE).

    According to the release, youths selected from the thirteen local government areas of the district shall today Monday 24th and tomorrow, Tuesday 25th, January, 2021 assemble at Oba Wuraola Hall, Iseyin for training on ICT.

    For the same two days, over 100 women selected across the district shall also converge at Ogbomoso Parapo Hall, Apake, Ogbomoso, for training on small scale businesses.

    Similarly, farmers across the 13 local government areas of the district totalling 150 were selected and they shall have their intensive training for the two days at IPMAN Hall, Isale Taba, Saki.

    The lawmaker however enjoined the beneficiaries to pay adequate attention to every details and opportunities so that they can all become economically independent and so live a worthy life.

    He pledged that he shall continue to strive very hard in ensuring that people of the district both educated and non-educated are given adequate dividends of democracy capable of turning the lives around positively.
