YULETIDE: Odidiomo Cheers Constituents, Urges Support For Makinde

    A serving member of the House of Representatives, representing Ibadan Northwest/Southwest Federal Constituency, Ibadan, Oyo State Hon. Adedeji Stanley Olajide known as Odidi Omo has felicitated his constituents on the occasions of Christmas and new year respectively.

    Odidi Omo in a felicitation message he personally signed and made available to pressmen cheered the constituents on the epoch-making occasions of festivity.

    Oyo Federal Lawmaker stressed that the festive period of Christmas and new year have gradually approached while the Christian adherents and generality of people would gather to felicitate with one another.

    Odidi Omo disclosed that the celebration of Christmas should be done in accordance with preachings of Jesus Christ who passionately called for love, unity, harmony and alms giving among other noble lessons for peaceful coexistence.

    He maintained that the festive season has its purpose and it is very germane to ensure that those are not well to do in the society are fed and passionate smiles are put unto their faces.

    Odidi Omo enjoined all and most especially the Christians to use the period of Christmas to pray for continuity of good governance in Oyo State and peaceful coexistence across the length and breath of the country.

    He however appealed to constituents and people of the state to celebrate moderately and avoid any dastardly act capable of causing tension and lawlessness in the state.

    Also, Odidi Omo enjoined people to celebrate in line with the guidelines and procedures precluding the spread of Covid-19 and newly detected omicron pandemic.

    The Parliamentarian used the occasion of festivity to lavish encomiums on Governor Seyi Makinde led administration, stressing that he has been a wonderful leader whose administration had birthed unprecedented feats in the state.

    He called on people to throw their weight behind him, so as to attain more feats as he continues to lead the state.
