The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has listed three stalwarts of the party in Oyo State in its 85-member campaign committee for September 22, 2018 governorship election in Osun State.
Late Senator Isiaka Adeleke’s younger brother, Senator Ademola Adeleke, is the PDP candidate for the election.
Billionaire oil magnate and gubernatorial aspirant, Engr Seyi Makinde, former minister of state for FCT and an Oyo Central senatorial district aspirant, Oloye Jumoke Akinjide and former majority leader of the House of Representatives, Hon. Mulikat Akande Adeola are on the list.
Scheduled to be inaugurated tomorrow morning in Osogbo, the Osun State capital, the committee had Senate President Bukola Saraki as Chairman. It has as members Deputy Senate President Ike Ekweremadu, all PDP Governors, Senators and House of Representatives members from the South West.
