Impressed by the ongoing revalidation and registration exercise of the All Progressives Congress, APC, especially in Oyo State, a former personal assistant to late former governor Lamidi Adesina, Alhaji Fatai Ibikunle, has commended members of the party.
According to Ibikunle, who spoke after revalidating his membership of the party as his unit 1, ward 7 of Ibarapa East local government of the state, the new found unity within members of the party will spur the party to victory in the 2023 election.
The Lanlate-born chairman of the Nigeria Lottery Regulatory Commission, explained that “With what I have seen, our party is set for victory in coming elections. There is no doubt about the fact that we lost the last election to internal squabbles. We have learnt our lessons. We now know that it is good to do things the way they should be done to achieve result.
”I want to commend members of our party for the mobilization. Apart from here, I have called our people across the state, the report is overwhelming. That is the progressive spirit. I am confident we are set for victory in the 2023 elections,” he added.
