An Ibadan based businessman and CEO of Quickborn Limited, Omo’ba Tunde Ologburo has commiserated with the Governor of Oyo State, Engineer Seyi Makinde on the death of the governor’s mother on Thursday.
Ologburo, in a press release personally signed by him said that he received the news of the demise of Mrs. Abigail Makinde with shock, ‘knowing full well how close she was with her son, the governor.’
He said that while the decision of life and death resides entire with God almighty, it is always painful to lose ones mother irrespective of their age. On this note, I want to condole the Governor and the entire Makinde family to take the loss of Mama as an act of God. I pray that the Almighty God will stand by the family during this moment of bereavement.
“I will always wish to urge the family to be consoled by the fact that their matriarch lived an impactful life judging by the quality of children and family she left behind.”
Ologburo further commiserate with the people and government of Oyo State, praying that the beautiful soul of Madam Makinde shall find peace in eternity.
