I’m Honoured — Makinde Salutes NLC For Suspending Strike

Oyo State governor-elect, Engr  Seyi Makinde, has described the suspension of the strike by the state chapter of the Nigerian Labour Congress, NLC, to honour him as humbling.

In a statement by his spokesman, Prince Dotun  Oyelade, he said that this gesture is a recognition of his sincerity in dealing with all issues including labour matters.

According to the governor-elect, while the buck stops on his table,  he will run a transparent administration that will leave no one in doubt  about its direction.
