PHOTOS: Lam-Adesina Commissions NUT Office, Organizes ICT Training For Youths

The lawmaker representing Ibadan North East/South East federal constituency, Hon. Adedapo Lam-Adesina on Saturday joined others to commissioned the Ibadan South East office of the National Union of Teachers.

This is just as the youthful lawmaker and chieftain of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, presented browsing devices to constituents who he trained in information communication technology. They were trained on how to become money transfer agents and harness the potential in ICT, equipping them on how to overcome likely challenges that may surface during their operations.

This, according to him, is one of the ways of reducing unemployment in the state.

The constituents were later given browsing tablets, while he urged participants to utilize the skills gained very well and make themselves a better person.

Earlier at Odinjo where he commissioned the NUT office, the chairman of the union, Comrade Onifade P. A. while giving his opening speech said that the lawmaker’s contributions to education in the local government is highly commendable ranging from quiz competition and sporting activities which are solely for students and the teachers are benefiting directly from him.
