Gubernatorial candidate of the Zenith Labour Party (ZLP) in the 2019 general election in Oyo State and former Secretary to the State Government Senior Chief Sarafadeen Abiodun Alli has on behalf of the entire members of the party and the leader High Chief Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja sent a condolence message to the people of the State in general and immediate family of late Isaq Abiola Ajimobi on the demise of the former Governor of the State.
According to a statement by Alhaji Lanre Latinwo, Alli described the death of the lmmimediate past Governor as a great loss not only to his family but the whole of the State.
He stated that the former Governor was able to contribute his own quota to the development of the State and the nation in general.
“Late Abiola Ajimobi after a successful career at National Oil now (Conoil PLC) served as Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria for 4 years before serving as Governor of the State for 8 years.” he said.
