The Senator representing the good people of Oyo North Senatorial District has concluded another three-dqy capacity building training for 100 youths in Agripreneurship, record keeping and accessing finances.
The training that was held at Sepeteri Town Hall, Saki East Local. government Area of OYO North started on Wednesday 29th January, 2025 and ended today Friday 31st January, 2025 with each of the participants going home with a certificate and cash of N100,000.
At the training, the participants were taught the rudiments of Agribusiness and how finances can be gotten to kickstart the business and guarantee better turnover.
Delivering a speech on behalf of Senator Buhari, the Personal Assistant to the Legislator on Political matters, Hon. Abiodun Adeyeri a.k.a. Obadoba admonished the beneficiaries at the training to make best use of the new knowledge they have just acquired to make themselves, Oyo North, Oyo State and Nigeria by becoming creators of jobs through their sustainable interest in Agrubusiness.
Hon. Obadoba while reiterating the commitment of his principal, Senator Buhari towards reduction of poverty among the constituents of Oyo North declared that the lawmaker has made constituents’ economic and social development his priorities.
“I want to charge you all to be wary of deceitful elements among the politicians who were often come out to deceive the constituents claiming that they have their interest at heart based on irrational sentiment. Senator Buhari is a man of God and his people and so will forever be grateful to God and his constituents by making life worthy of living for all and sundry.
Obadoba added “I also enjoined you to invest the N100, 000 given to each of you wisely. Experience has shown that such a capital can turn out to become millions only if seriousness and commitment are shown to such an investment.
